What the calculation excludes
- A month is counted as 30 days: calendar months are shorter and longer, a difference of up to three per cent.
- The rate and the subscription are whatever your vendor quotes. We neither set them nor influence them.
- The calculation excludes scenario development, integrations and support — those are one-off and recurring work, not the cost of a minute.
- It also excludes calls the agent hands to a person: an operator handles those.
